Adjustment of Money Back Guarantee

At MaxterHost, we're confident about the quality of our services and strive to (over)achieve the expectations of all our clients. For this reason, we offer a Money Back Guarantee to give new clients who have not signed up with us before a sense of safety and trust.

Due to internal reasons and to prevent abuse of this guarantee, we have decided to reduce the period from 45 days to 15 days with immediate effect. We consider that 15 days should be a reasonable period to decide whether our services fulfill all requirements and expectations. Should you for any reason decide to cancel your hosting account within 15 days after the sign-up, we'll fully refund the hosting fee.

Our main focus is to create a loyal and lifelong relationship with our clients - new and existing. We're open to feedback and believe that there's a solution to almost any problem.
